Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No, you are not. Although we are fans of the Section 8 program, each owner can decide if they would like to be on the program or not. -
Are you licensed?
Yes we are! Aside from being a property management firm, we are also a Full-service real estate brokerage and can help with any real estate need you may have! -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes! We have a dedicated support staff that is accessible 24/7 for all our our Owner and Tenant needs. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Absolutely! 100% of our owners receive an ACH direct deposit into their preferred bank account each month when we send out owner disbursements. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes. Each of our owners will personally sign the lease as well as have a chance to alter or add items if needed. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We do! We are a Full-service brokerage and can help with any real estate needs you may have! In fact, we offer all of our clients a significant discount when they list with us! -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner disbursements are sent out around the 10th of each month, depending on what day the 10th falls on. This allows all tenant payments to clear via our system. -
How is rent collection handled?
Nearly 100% of our tenants pay via our online portal called Rentvine. This system is super easy to use and can connect directly to the tenants bank accounts or they can pay via card for an additional service charge. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We typically push for a one year lease. However, there are times when we offer shorter terms as well. This will be per the owner's direction to us. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically, we collect at least a deposit equal to one months rent. Additionally, we will collect pet fees if applicable. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We have a great team and can typically onboard a property in only a few days! -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single family, multi-family, HOA's and short term rentals. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Rentvine provides owners with dozens of reports including owner statements, and profit and loss statements. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Typically, we hold the deposit in our Trust account.
