Can you hold a place before I apply?

We are not able to hold any properties until we have an application and have collected the deposit.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Typically, we only collect first month’s rent and the security deposit.
How old do you have to be to apply?

Our minimum age is 18.
Is the deposit refundable?

Upon move out, your deposit is fully refundable minus any damages or fees that may apply.
Who needs a cosigner?

In the event an applicant does not meet a properties minimum standards, they are welcome to have a co-signer.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Simply alert your agent or staff member of rent easy Nola and we will supply the application link.
How do I pay rent?

We utilize an online portal called Rentvine.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Our pet policy will be property specific. Please contact your agent or representative for additional information.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

This will be a case by case basis. Please contact your agent or representative.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

You will need to provide your agent or representative with sufficient notice to vacate per your lease.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

Although there are exceptions, typically, the owner/landlord will be responsible for maintenance and repairs.
